The convention center at DeGray Lake Resort State Park Lodge overlooks the lake and can accommodate groups from 10 to 300 participants. Used as a single facility, the convention center is ideal for large meetings, annual banquets, holiday parties and more. The space can be divided into three separate rooms (Caddo, Ouachita and DeGray) for groups requiring meeting space as well as private dining or breakout rooms. The carpeted Eagle room is attached to the convention center. Two small meeting rooms, Heron and Egret, are located close to the guest rooms. These are ideal for small family gatherings, socials or board meetings. Complimentary wireless internet is available in all meeting rooms.

The Shoreline Restaurant provides seating for up to 114 guests. Private catering is available in the convention center. No outside food or beverage is allowed in the restaurant or meeting facilities.

Use period limited to one day or any portion thereof. Heron & Egret Rooms are available only during the hours of 8:00am to 10:00pm. As they are located near the lodge guest rooms, quiet hours apply. Tables, chairs and basic linens are included in the cost of the meeting space. Audio visual equipment is available and may be an additional charge.
